The colour matches the nose perfectly and brings up memories of great creme brûlée with berries. The youthfulness of the alcohol shows through after a couple of sips making it feel like more than its 44% alcohol. The palate is still smooth and sweet with hints of caramel, vanilla, dried dates and figs, with a hint of fresh leather and sea salt.
