My bottle was selected John's City Diner. You get the classic Dickel flavors, a little fruity, a little smokey, and a noticable mineral taste. I get plenty of sweetness and a nice rich spiciness. A little corn, baking spices, and charred oak make themselves known. It finishes sweet with no bitterness. This is a nice bottle for sipping.
