A very subdued nose reminiscent of a deflated balloon or new Crocks. Further in, a little soft corn comes out. The palate is very different with some pepper up front that gives you enough to enjoy without overwhelming. The pepper fades pretty quick, leaving you with a very slight sweet (but quick) finish and an abiding warmth in the chest.
