Well, I didn't give this bourbon a chance and I find myself revisiting ones that has not not impress me at first. And I am glad that I do. This is one if those bourbons. My palate matures and my taste changes. It is very enjoyable. Early on it tasted too peppery for me. Now it has a very enjoyable fruity taste. Subtle. Very nice. I really like it.
