On the nose vanilla is dominant with hints of sweet fruits.
On the pallet waves of different fruits roll in. First Light tastes of citrusfruits with orchardfruits and after that more heavy notes of dried- and forestfruits. The pallet is quite rich in barrelspice and alcoholic bite.
Overall very interesting but a bit overpowering to me. Maybe it's one of those whiskies that take multiple tastes to really unlock. This sample felt a bit chaotic and overwhelming. The different tastes aren't really blending together well.
