Beautiful light golden colour.
Elegant nose, with a soft and very inviting Sherry aroma, very creamy, with some baked red apples and cloves on the background.
Delicious taste, with just the percfect balance between sherry sweetness and wood spices.
Long and all-spicy aftertaste. Warming.
Not an in-your-face kind of whisky. We’re very far away from Sherry bomb territory here, and in my opinion, all for the better.
Here the name of the game is finesse, and this whisky excels at it.
Good enough to make me write again. Very recommended to unwind in this troubled time we live. Cheers.
