Nose: spice, caramel Taste: brown sugar, caramel, spice and hint of banana/apple fruitiness Finish: thin, but with a little lingering heat. I get a much spicier note than other reviewers on first sip. But as I get further into the pour, it warms my throat and mellows down to deep baking flavors and a brown sugar, toffee, nuttiness that's very pleasing.
