Neat. Color is a light straw with long legs in the glass. Aroma is unique with cooked agave, caramel green apple, citrus, oak, vanilla. Taste is cooked agave sweet, fruits and citrus with black pepper and cinnamon and slight oak, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, with hints of barley malt, hops, cocoa powder. Finish is long, sweet with vanilla, black pepper and cinnamon, oak tannins, and very slight hops.
I really enjoyed this one. More bright than the 2019 blend with he apples, citrus, and hops and less wood influence. Must try for blanco lovers that want to try a little more wood complexity without sacrificing the agave
