The nose is full of granular brown sugar, but still fresh. Not caramel but a little butterscotch. A little fruity (maybe). The taste is....well....thin. The rum cask is very nice, but besides that, there's not a lot. Virtually no finish. Just disappears. Would recommend as a warm up before drinking fancy whiskies.
