This holds a special place in my heart as this was a gateway Scotch for me as I want to learn more about this style of whiskey. Aroma is honey, spice and a distant camp fire. Flavor is honey, some cherry with cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg and black pepper. A moment of Cocoa. A little mint in the finish. 4 drops of water does a nice job extending the finish.
