A bit of sweet caramel on the nose with light band aids notes. Tastes full and rich, with good proportions of briny salt, honey, spice, and peaty smoke. Mild finish, but the peat really lingers. Love it. Adding a few drops of water really tames the peat and draws out the honey and salted caramel.
