On the nose: vanilla, cherry pie filling, bread, orange, vanilla candle, and some mint/herbs On the palate: Huge caramel/vanilla (like the vanilla tootsie roll candy), rye spice, bing cherry, marzipan/almond and butter. Finishes semi-sweet with some maple syrup and astringent flavors.
