@Richard-ModernDrinking My classic consultant response to that is, “it depends”. But yes, generally speaking, I would tend to agree with you.
@Anthology Well, I’m in the minority that doesn’t think the higher the ABV the better. I find flavors get overwhelmed by alcohol once you get above about 52.5%, but that’s not the case here.
