Overall a well balanced bourbon. That mix between corn and rice is probably adding some rich sugary taste. Nose : Vanilla, caramel, Taste : very smoky, pepper notes, vanilla after taste. This Bourbon is superior to Jack Daniels or Jim Beam. You can serve it on the rocks.
