Color: Rich Gold / Burnt Amber Nose: Brown Sugar | Vanilla | Caramel | Slight Ethanol Very approachable nose. Sweet with very mild ethanol. Smells inviting and well-rounded. Aromatic for such a low proof. Not what I was expecting. Palate: Light, flabby mouthfeel. Smooth with only a slight burn at the end. Not much there. Notes of toffee, pecans, and oak with little to no sweetness perceived on the nose. Finish: Overall short with little burn. Doesn’t leave you with much, plus or minus.
