Great spice flavour profile to the palate, corn, a bit of cinnamon, char on the finish. It’s very smooth for a bourbon but it does have that typical bourbon kick at the end, which is what you want with bourbon. For someone trying a bourbon for the first time, or is not a fan of bourbon, the 1792 will definitely make you like bourbons and steer you in the direction of trying out more of them. It has flavours that would put bourbons on your radar the next time you’re out looking for your next bottle!
