A delightfully easy drinking and interesting non-chill filtered bourbon. I really enjoyed the darker notes from the heavy char. The actual distillery seems to change as it’s sometimes sourced from Indiana and at other times from Kentucky. I’ll be happy when they finally open the distillery in Troy, Alabama, where the May family is from. 375ML bottle
