Nose
Dry fruits, sweet wine very obvious , strong cherry, baked red apple with vanilla dusted sugar , vanilla is getting stronger as it opens up, cinnamon
Taste
Citrus, apple, dark chocolate bitterness, starts slightly sharp and mellows down later, medium body, rich round texture, very well balanced
After taste
Long, back of the tongue dry finish , chocolate, citrus and hint of sichuan pepper
Final thoughts
Very elegant whisky that delicately reveals it complexity in harmony of fall flavours, very well balanced.
