Mine was distilling season fall 2008. Smooth it is not! Nose is deceiving vanilla caramel sweet deliciousness. Palate is intense peanut brittle, corn whiskey, cracker jacks, warmth and Kentucky hug. Ethanol fumes up the sinus and a heart burn reflux finish (in a good way). Its a delicious snack in a bottle that leaves you rode hard and put up wet.
