Copper color. The nose has red cherries, honey, Vanilla Coke, and faint cedar. Full-bodied mouthfeel. The palate starts sweet and finishes spicy, with lots of dark cherries, plums and toffee up front before transitioning to white pepper, cinnamon stick, ground nutmeg and sea salt. The finish is medium-long, hot and dry, the cherry note and light pepper spice continues along with a bit of honey and sea salt, and a heavy dose of sweet oak.
