Nose:
Smoke and tar, Dark, Meaty, peat bog and oak
Palate:
Slight vanilla that turns oily and smokey. Eventually hits with burnt tire, leather and very welcome peat funk. It’s full of dark meats and fig. Very rich and dark. Trace taste of charred bacon bits. I get a weird banana note as well in the middle…odd??
Finish:
Long and mouth coating. Oily and peaty. Followed all by brined ham slight vanilla cream that is hidden underneath. Also, am I crazy or do I still get a banana cream note!?
