Nose:
Smoked ham, raspberry, dark fig and strawberries. Very meaty with a fresh ocean and sea salt breeze. Soft peat. Balsamic Dressing. Vanilla and Mild Chocolate.
Palate:
A Brine peat at first. Lemon pepper and peel. It’s oily and rich. Get a lot of roasted Coffee bean, prune and bright fig. It’s fresh and well balanced. It’s not super complex but has a very good flow of flavor.
Finish:
Earthy with dark bitter Chocolates. Fresh peat and oaky vanillas. Very oily and mellow. Decently medium to long finish.
Conclusion:
A very enjoyable well balanced sweet and Smokey dram. Definitely worth a try or bottle pick up for a nice often sipper.
