Can’t miss the higher ABV on the nose, but it gives way to pepper and vegetal notes that are delightfully clean and hint at what to expect on the palate. Flavor is fresh and crisp, unabashedly flaunting its agave nature amidst the pleasant 100 proof burn. Finish is citrus and cactus flower as the heat dissipates. Excellent.
