In honor of @cascode I’m reviewing a tequila. I have no frame of reference. The last experience was over 20 years ago taking shots of a metallic tasting tequila and power puking never to touch it again. But, I got the courage to buy this bottle. I’m about half way through and it’s growing on me. So much so, I even bought a bottle of Don Julio today. On to this, it smells very vegetal and spicy. On the palate it’s smooth with notes of the vegetal smell (I guess that’s the agave) and salt and pepper. I’m enjoying it. Maybe if I keep trying more (Don Julio to be continued) I will get better at the reviews. It’s interesting. . . Enjoying the journey.

This happened to be my first "good" tequila too! It tastes so different from other things.
I tried to find Maguey to no avail.
I'm ... honored :-)
