I have been excited to grab a bottle of this but didn’t have to wait long because @tbran19 gave me a sample of his! Nose: damp wood, leather, caramelized sugars Palate: black pepper, dark corn syrup, and what I can only describe as the crunchy sugary crust on top of a buttermilk pie Finish: leather, banana, cloves, and brown sugar on the finish Definitely a bottle I will be adding to my collection
