My intro to Old Carter and it has me addicted. In my top 5 of all time favorite whiskies. I've shared this offering with both new and experienced bourbon drunkers and they all have been surprised about the flavor profile ablnd how the high proof drinks below its weight class. I realize it isn't a bourbon but the flavor profile far exceed that of any bourbon offering. This is a game changer.
