Finish: Medium long finish. Golden syrup, caramel, Demerara sugar, oak & leather
Syrupy mouthfeel. This is like a pudding whisky! Well structured, with layers and layers of both dark and light flavours. Delicious!

@cascode Ben Nevis produce a spirit that stands up well to a bit of experimentation, especially once it gets a little age to it. I’ve not tried too many real failures.
Sounds wonderful. I can always find time for Ben Nevis.
