Starts smooth and slow, with honey and caramel (reckon that's the oak) followed by the fruit and the sherry notes which carry the spice and burn, particularly cinnamon. Only got pepper and smoke hints on finish, which is plenty fine by me. As it opened up, got a lot more of the sweet red apple on the start.
