Nose: Faint nose. Domminant red wine cask, isopropyl, and dried corn cobs hidden at the very end.
Palate: Sweet and tart, suprinsingly not bitter. Wood spices up-front, unsalted pop-corn and red apple skin.
Finish: Corn kettles on the tongue, wood spiciness (cinnamon, cumin, pepper) on the sides, and Isopropyl note on the back.
Tongue turns dry, sides hold the spices, and front transforms from sweet to astringent. (Medium to long finish. Great execution).
Sweet, dry, and playful. Some water stops the alcohol on the nose. Unafortunately, fades the rest.
Some more complexity, sweetness, and less wine influence would have been an amazing improvement. Still, highly recommended. Cheers.
