Haven't had a pour of Eagle Rare in a while, so I cracked a fresh bottle tonight. Man, I had forgotten just how delicious and sippable this is. I don't think there is a better low proof bourbon out there. I'm just sipping for enjoyment tonight, so not much in the way of tasting notes. If there is anything lacking in this bourbon it's spice, but that isn't what this bourbon is about. It's all about being sweet, smooth, and easy drinking. This one is still a favorite for me.
