Barrel-Aged Gin — Scotland

Unique stuff with notes of strawberries, oranges, honey, cherries, ginger, raisins, figs, prunes, sultanas, lemon peels, grapefruit, juniper, cheesecake, walnuts, brown sugar, elderflower, and roses. Can easily be mistaken for a wine cask whisky in a blind tasting.

Dang, up until this, the oldest aged gin I'd heard of was Batch 206's aged old tom at ~4 years. Also, red wine casks? A very bold choice.
