Tequila Gran Dovejo Blanco High Proof
Tequila Blanco — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico

Crystal clear. Aromas of wet paper, cooked agave, mineral, salt, jalapeno, bell pepper, lime, cement. A vibrant blend of pyrazines and industrial materials.
Unctuous and creamy on the palate, hinting at some aging in tank. There's whispers of banana, cacao, pineapple, blueberry, orange, and powdered sugar. All of which, is swiftly whisked away by a brutally austere, beautiful, and extremely dry finish of mineral salts, black pepper, and white pepper.
This is a tequila for aficionados only. Though I encourage everyone to try it. It is an exceptional tequila without question. Just very dry. Personally, I adore it. But, this is a tough sell these days.

Definitely try the Tapatio 110. Pretty great. Their tequilas are so much better than one might expect
Great review! This is one of my favorites. And the first ‘high proof’ tequila I’ve had so far.
