Body had some legs, medium to thick. Color is burnt straw with a tinge of red on the edges.
Nose is light, almost no ethanol. Typical bourbon notes, vanilla and caramel with a hint of spice.
Palate is smooth, only a slight burn on the back of the throat. Starts sweet with lots of vanilla and caramel. Leads into a bit of oaky woodiness and finishes with some good baking spices, such as cinnamon and clove.
A very classic and easy to sip bourbon.
