Color: Mahogany
Nose: A very sweet nose. The oak certainly comes through with hints of vanilla, maple syrup, and brown sugar.
Palate: Medium, velvety mouthfeel. The nose is very well represented on the palate with the same wonderfully sweet characteristics of oak, vanilla, and syrup. Not at all cloyingly sweet. Little to no ethanol burn.
Finish: A subtle sweetness lingers throughout the finish but develops more into a typical bourbon profile. The okay and vanilla remain present and almost no heat comes through leaving you with a very approachable finish. The finish is long and mellow.
