Pre-Distiller tasting. Caramel and vanilla nose with spice and oak past the strong alcohol smell at the lead. Palate is vanilla forward with cinnamon and some dark cherry balanced by oak and spice with a touch of heat. Medium finish of oak and spice ends a little dry. Good value for the complexity balance.
