Pre-Distiller tasting. Easy drinker that I refer to as mother’s milk. Cinnamon applesauce with a biscuit and some citrus on the nose and front. Short finish of oak and orange pith. I often drink neat, but better on the rocks and a good a mixer. I really like it for what it is.
