Very tight nose, no hint of alcohol maybe a light touch of hay or fresh cut grass. First sip, a very distinct hint of salt with butterscotch and clover. The finish hits smack dab in the center of your tongue with a salty / savory morsel effect like when you suck the salt off a warm pretzel. This pour surprised me on the pallet with the spectacular spectacle of different flavors at play.
