Taste - honey off the bat on this one with some brown sugar. Then comes the oak and heat from the proof. The end is rather dry with some spicy notes from the higher proof. Overall - alway love the little book series. Presentation, limited edition and the high proof are all positives. Is the price justified compared to some of the Elijah Craig barrel proofs? You be the judge. Extra points for style with the box, label and stories. The bourbon is good but not great
