The “world’s first and only Patagonian Spirit”? Well, that definitely catches some attention! It is a very interesting and unique spirit, sort of a cross between a colourless fruit brandy and a botanical gin. The flavors and aromas are quite delicate yet complex enough to make it hard to describe. There is citrus, floral, sweetness on the nose, and herbal, earthy, dryness on the palate, yet it all comes in layers ending in a smooth finish. Whether you are going to like it or not is going to be more a matter of personal taste of the ingredients, than the quality of the product. I’ve had it neat, on the rocks and, in basic cocktails. I’ve enjoyed but, I also feel that it doesn’t always work well for me.
