Solid. Strong cinnamon note.
It fills an opportune pricing slot above “value” ($20-$25) and below “better” ($30-$35) and is priced appropriately. That said, if I’m not serving a better or premium bourbon, I’d probably grab a different value bottle for a party. 1792 just doesn’t knock my socks off - there’s l cheaper bottles to get excited about, and better quality bottles for a bit more.
This would be a no brainer at that $20ish, so I’m certainly not mad about paying $28.
All that said, the presentation and overall quality is commendable, and my guests really appreciated it.
