Lots going on here in a way I enjoy. Pretty heavy barrel with a good level of vanilla, caramelized banana, baking spice. Profile is a bit like a rum version of a single malt scotch. The nose is potent enough to smell from several feet away. It's a little hot but not as bad as most barrel proof bourbons
