Drinking Proper Twelve neat has a strong initial vanilla taste. Then followed with a warm bourbon -like finish. After, it leaves a light cocoa and woodsy aftertaste. Very good for an accessible Irish Whiskey. Better than Jameson for those with a preference for Bourbon Whisky.
