Vanilla. Caramel. Nice mouthfeel and just the right burn. The perfect amount of oak. Not too hot considering 138 proof. Overall this is an incredibly well balanced bourbon. In my opinion this should be the benchmark for which all other bourbons are compared. I had William Larue Weller 2020 immediately following this and I preferred the George Stagg 2020.
