Needs another 7 years and an 'Eagle Rare' label before I'd call it anything more than 'passable house brown'/good
Lacks cohesion despite an agreeable base, tastes watery at 90proof and had a tinge of yeast rolls from golden corral on the finish. Not for me probably much ever but is drinkable, inoffensive, cheap, and truly workhorse in application so give it a 3/5 or more if flavor isn't your big score determinant.
Bought some on a whim to see if I REALLY do want to go to a BF store pick drop event upcoming... honestly feel like I'm going to pass*... The BT oldfash mix, and sazerac orange bitters being includes in a gift set helped seal the purchase.
*it could be amasing or meh I'm not trying to find out when eagle rare exists and is probably the same price, better if I work for it

I tried a store pick and WOWIE! it beats the pants off the regular. same price, too! rounded, hint of vanilla. superb value sipper. the regular bottle was BLEH
remember it having more wood and a bit more hug as a kid. I was just pounding liq and chasing then, but it wasn't ever a popular pour for me then, either
