Nose: Sherry, citrus forward with a rye like spice. Sweet vanilla, cinnamon , nutmeg, a touch of brown sugar and subtle oak. The sherry, maybe even chardonnay, and zesty citris is more dominant followed with a familiar spicy almost rye like spice.
Palate: Peppery spice with sweet, slightly bitter, oak. Zesty citris, with sweet vanilla and baking spices - cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of ginger. Finish is enjable.
Finale Thoughts: This is an very good pour. Tasted against Batch 3, and batch 4. Prefer batch 3, followed by batch 4, but batch 7 isnt far behind.
