Nose: Sweet oak, and dried fruits - apples, golden raisins. Sweet creamy vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of "light" brown sugar. Reminds me of crème brulee and ginger bread. The aroma is very balanced and inviting on the nose for sure.
Palate: Sweet creamy vanilla with sweet rich oak with a hint of pepper spice. Dried, deep/dark fruits, with carmelized sugars and spices. Long, well balanced, finish that leaves you with sweet dried fruits, baking spices, rich oak spice and maybe a hint of sweet tabacco.
Final Thoughts: This is an amazing pour. Tasted against Batch 4, and batch 7. It wins hands down.
