What. How in the actual cuss have I not yet written about my workhorse…my sixth man…my glue guy. BT I’ve done you dirty, know that. To my shame. *stops shaking head despondently, lifts gaze from the floor and stares directly into the camera*. Hi. I’m Jack. In the wide world of whiskey there are many paths to be taken. Many places you may end up. Many ways to get there. I’m not here to tel you what I think. I’m here to tell you what I know. If you don’t have Buffalo Trace in your permanent rotation you are running the risk of leading a much lesser life As a flag bearing industry standard. A master of balance, perhaps the greatest to ever do it. Fraternizing alongside its Welller/Blantons/Pappy extended family effortlessly and BELONGING in that circle, bouncing down to the blue and white collar and getting the same love and still somehow revered by indie darlings ,as well as holding an increasingly tough line on value and still remaining more full of character, always accessible, consistent , affordable and checking all the boxes on what a workhorse daily drinker should be without compromise. Standing true to self, never selling out even after achieving veteran clout and with love pouring in from all sides. A true light, in a time when so many others have gone out. I tip my hat to Buffalo Trace, and all that it represents.

Nice review. Don't tell anybody but Harlan Wheatley (BT master distiller) says it's his favorite bourbon. But he's a vodka guy so what does he know?
