Fantastic as a cheap sipper, KILLER in simpler rum drinks like pineapple+oj juice and honey ss. A "breakfast" rum if there ever was.
It took me a LONG time to get even close to finishing this bottle, but it's because 90% of the I drink rum it's cheap-er shots and coke zero. This isn't for that. I will probably buy another bottle one day, just not sure when.

@Ctrexman their No. 3 potstill has my attention. Also have you seen Rolling Fork in your area? Seem to source from all over (Barbados/Foursquare, El Salvador, Jamaica) and take single island products and then finish them in the US or Europe. I nabbed one the other day and plan to crack tonight.

This was my first aged rum and opened my eyes to actual good tasting rum. El Dorado takes this profile up a notch
