Dark Rum — India

Best of the monks, easily
Nose is WARMED molasses, prunes, caramel, cinnamon, peppermint candy cane, coffee cake with extra crumble
Palate
Dulce de Leche, buttery sugar frosting, mild tinge of leathery sweet spice
Mouth is pretty non-existant, it's just a nicely smooth affair you can tell the flavors aren't just from some added sugars or extracts (if you look up the old monk brand they score low for added sugars). It's truly easy and smooth, so don't be afraid to add this to a nicer cocktail that wants some standout rum flavor.
It's technically not even the most expensive of the 3 varieties, since it comes in a 1L and works out to about $25/750ml
I seem to love every Indian food or drink I've ever tried, and this is no exception. Nursing a scratch made tomato sauce for Tikka as I write this!

This wins bottle of the… some time period… award. Borderline frightening.
