Was better than I thought it might be. Lots of vanilla, caramel and light cinnamon. Water expanded Tha palate and brought out a touch of pepper and oak. Left with a toasted note and vanilla on the finish. To me this is the classic Bourbon, where I won't seek it out or buy a bottle. But, when offered I'll enjoy with a smile
